The LA Department of City Planning released a progress report in July on Measure JJJ and the TOC Affordable Housing Incentive Program. In just the first 10 months of the TOC Program, 1,145 subsidized affordable housing units across 112 projects have been filed. This program is bringing much needed affordable housing to transit hubs across the City of LA, including into the San Fernando Valley and West LA.

ACT-LA,  along with our innovative community-labor partnership — the Build Better LA Coalition — worked tirelessly to pass Measure JJJ and also worked with the City’s Department of City Planning to create a strong TOC Program. We are excited to see the creation of more affordable housing and good jobs near transit!
